I am very intuitive which helps me to be better equipped to feel what you are feeling and more correctly interpret your subtle communication.
My Background and Approach
I am an understanding and empathetic therapist who is dedicated to helping those in need. My approach to therapy is an eclectic mix of CBT, EFT, and SFT. I give clients the tools to be able to identify the root cause of their issue, reflect on their feelings, and engage in the steps toward change. My style of therapy is down-to-earth, straightforward, intuitive, and humorous.
