My Background and Approach
Rachel has a diverse background specializing in cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and dialectical behavioral therapy modules. Her professional experience includes six years working with children and adolescents in educational and mental health settings. She also has experience helping individuals with substance use and mental health diagnoses, empowering them to achieve their goals without the use of substances. She also is specialized in adoption and has supported young adults and adolescents who have been adopted. As a clinician, she supports individuals and groups in managing their trouble areas and highlights the importance of celebrating victories when goals are achieved, whether big or small.
