I've worked with people from many walks of life. I have worked with and welcome artists, creative thinkers, those on the autism spectrum, LGBTQIA+ folks, as well as those who practice polyamory. I enjoy working with those who struggle to live as their authentic selves, helping to find the path to living your truth. Without authenticity, we can struggle fitting into boxes and shapes that just don't fit. Can I help you be more you?
I believe that you have the answers within and I have the skills that allow me to guide and support you along your journey of healing. I strive in sessions to validate your feelings and allow you the space to share your fears, pain, and challenges. I have a passion for helping people and helping to carry the weight of their hardships. I am very intuitive which helps me to be better equipped to feel what you are feeling and more correctly interpret your subtle communication.

My clients tend to be older teenagers (15-17), college students/young adults (18-24), and adults (25-and up). Many of my clients are talking about LGBTQ+ identities and topics, life changes, anxiety, depression, trauma, family, relationships, and sex/sexuality. I currently operate as a teletherapy only practice. My clients find that teletherapy appointments fit their schedules and allow them to attend therapy in the comfort of their own space.
My clients and I work together to navigate through mental health challenges and transitions in life. I specialize in working with people with gender dysphoria and those in the process of transition. Furthermore, I help my clients navigate issues related to racial identity and minority experiences. I work with various relationship types and forms, non-monogamy included.
