About My Clients
Clients are women who have tendencies of perfectionism, anxiety, and depression. I also work with women who are experiencing grief and loss, especially as it pertains to motherhood. Clients are also couples who are seeking to address pre martial topics, infidelity, marital distress and conflict, as well as regaining connection after becoming an empty nest.
My Background and Approach
I care about "what happened?"...."when did first start/begin?"...and addressing the root cause of all behaviors, patterns, and ineffective experiences in my clients' lives. I address trends and generational cycles as to break future occurrences. I also seek to transform trauma as a source of strength and resiliency.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have the personal belief that everyone is capable of achieving their life desires. Also, I believe everyone is connected...worldwide! I am passionate about world hunger solutions and the fact that animal shelters have to exist. I am also a tree hugger and donate to special causes to preserve forestry and wildlife.
