In person-centered therapy, my role is to be empathic and non-judgmental regarding your thoughts and feelings and provide a safe environment conducive to your personal growth and self-exploration. This process allows me to be an equal partner in your healing journey and allow you to express your feelings, so you can gain control over your life and find the courage and self-esteem to be the master of your destiny.

As a therapist, my focus is on your total well-being- physical, emotional, social, and spiritual. I am able to provide support that sees you as a whole person, not just your mental health needs. This gives me the insight to help you find solutions to your greatest challenges and improve your overall well-being.
