About My Clients
I help my clients deal with difficult people. It may be the daily frustration of an argumentative spouse, or having to interact with an unreasonable ex. Maybe it's the feeling of never being good enough for a boss, child, friend or in-law. The people I work with tend to mask their emotions by trying to see "the bright side." They might ignore problems (or hard conversations) to avoid any potential conflict. They often feel fed-up, unappreciated, misunderstood, and stuck. I help them become aware
My Background and Approach
For 20 years, I’ve been the go-to person in challenging times. I’ve handled conflict communication for Fortune 500 companies, and conducted seminars at businesses across the country. I teach courses in interpersonal communication at UCF. I hold a master’s degree from Pepperdine University. and I’m in the final stages of a second master's in psychology/CMHC.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The biggest indicator of how happy you’ll be in life relates to how you feel about the people around you. But things don’t always go smoothly. "The only way out is through" as Robert Frost once said. I can work with you to make your interactions with difficult people more manageable and less stressful.
